Setup
Create Categories
- Go to Help Center → Categories
- Add categories:
- Getting Started
- Account & Billing
- Time Tracking
- Invoicing
- Troubleshooting
Write Articles
- Go to Help Center → Articles
- Click New Article
- Write using the rich text editor
- Set:
- Category
- Privacy (public/private)
- Language
- Publish
Content Organization
Multi-Language
Articles can be translated:
- Open an article
- Click Translations
- Add translation for each language
- Save
API
Help center content is accessible via the Knowledge Base API.
